Bhogilal & Sons is an Ahmedabad-based engineering manufacturing company with over 25 years of experience in producing industrial mechanical components. Our product range includes industrial chains (elevator chains, den chains, conveyor chains), gears, sprockets, shafts, mill spare parts, and other heavy engineering components used in fertilizer plants, cement plants, sugar mills, and bulk material handling industries.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to expand our market for industrial chains and other engineering products.

• Develop and grow sales for industrial chains (elevator chains, den chains, conveyor chains) and other Bhogilal & Sons engineering products.
• Identify and approach potential customers in industries such as fertilizer, cement, sugar, material handling, and heavy engineering plants.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering components and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure correct specifications and timely delivery.
• Monitor market opportunities and develop new business channels.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth for the company.

• 3–8 years of sales experience in engineering products or industrial components.
• Experience selling products such as chains, sprockets, gears, bearings, conveyors, or other mechanical parts.
• Strong client network in industrial sectors is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
