β€’ Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions

β€’ Demonstrate PosBytz ERP and product capabilities to prospects

β€’ Work closely with product teams to drive conversions

β€’ Provide product demo's, pre-sales support, solution proposal, and client consultations

β€’ Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders



🧠 What We’re Looking For:

β€’ Strong technical background with excellent communication skills

β€’ Experience in SaaS / ERP / POS solutions (F&B or Retail is a plus)

β€’ Ability to understand business processes and map them to software solutions

β€’ Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach

β€’ Willingness to travel and engage with clients

  • Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to effectively communicate product value and configure solutions that meet client needs.
  • Strong skills in Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication skills to establish strong relationships and clearly convey concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Background in Sales with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of ERP, POS systems, or relevant software products is a plus.
  • A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail for identifying client pain points and delivering appropriate solutions.
  • Familiarity with Retail or F&B industry operations is an advantage.
