Job Overview

Ri8 Solutions is looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter to support hiring for technology roles with international clients. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, the role will also support employee engagement activities, coordination of payroll inputs, and assistance with employee benefit administration.

The ideal candidate should have experience in technical recruitment and employee coordination, along with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Source and identify qualified candidates for technology roles.
• Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications and experience.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Support offer discussions and onboarding coordination.

Employee Support

• Act as a point of contact for employees working on client projects.
• Address employee queries and escalate concerns when required.
• Maintain regular communication with employees to ensure engagement.

Payroll & Benefits Coordination

• Coordinate timesheet submissions and payroll inputs with internal teams.
• Assist employees with payroll-related queries.
• Support communication related to employee benefit programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates based in Chennai are preferred
• Immediate joiners are preferred
