Job Title: UK/Europe Technical Recruiter

Job Location: Noida, Sector 62

Work mode: 5 Days' Work from the Office.

Shift Timing: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST


Important Note:

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience in the UK/Europe market is required, with a focus on hiring for technical roles across the European region.


Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong expertise in hiring for the European market. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for IT roles, along with a good understanding of European work permit and visa regulations. The recruiter should be comfortable handling both permanent and contract hiring while working in a fast-paced environment and meeting recruitment targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across the European region.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networking.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage recruitment for both permanent and contract roles.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
  • Possess knowledge of European work permits, visa requirements, and compliance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure recruitment targets and deadlines are achieved.
  • Handle multiple requirements simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter for the European market.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
  • Knowledge of European work permits and visa processes.
  • Experience hiring for permanent and contract positions.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean search.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
