IT Recruiter Location: Noida (Onsite) Experience: 2?5 years (mid-level) Job Description: We are looking for a sharp, results-driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will own end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across technologies, ensuring we hire the right talent fast without compromising quality. Responsibilities: Full-cycle recruitment for IT positions: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical IT roles (developers, QA, DevOps, cloud, data engineers, etc.). Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking events. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver hiring strategies. Manage candidate experience and maintain professional communication throughout the hiring process. Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) and provide regular reports to management. Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure data accuracy. Stay updated on the IT hiring market, trends, and salary benchmarks in India. Requirements: Proven experience recruiting IT talent in India. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other platforms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously under tight deadlines. Understanding of technical roles, frameworks, programming languages, and IT stacks. Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment databases. Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset. Preferred: Experience in high-volume IT hiring. Knowledge of US/Global IT recruitment processes (optional). Certification in HR/Recruitment is a plus.
