Overview: We are seeking a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software and platform solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Agile methodologies, hands-on technical project management, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee project plans, timelines, and deliverables for software and platform initiatives. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) and ensure adherence to Agile practices. Coordinate across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams to remove impediments and optimize team productivity. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools, metrics, and reporting frameworks. Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders. Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful delivery. Requirements: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master in SaaS / Platform development environments. Strong understanding of software/application development, preferably with Java stack . Hands-on familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, IAM, and DevOps practices. Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management best practices. Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
