Experience: (8+ Years in Project Management) ?About the Role USEReady is hiring a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, and Gen AI projects across global clients. The ideal candidate has strong experience in the Oil & Gas industry , excellent project delivery skills, and deep understanding of cloud data platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of data engineering, BI, analytics, and cloud migration projects. Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource plans. Manage budgets, risk, compliance, and project governance. Deliver using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies. Translate business needs into technical requirements. Manage cross-functional teams ? Data Engineers, BI Developers, Analysts, QA. Provide C-suite updates, monthly/quarterly reviews, and performance reports. Oversee BI projects using Power BI or Tableau . Manage cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, BigQuery . Ensure data quality, security, and adherence to compliance standards. Required Skills Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong stakeholder and customer management People & team leadership Risk & compliance management Contract & vendor management Resource planning & project scheduling Experience with tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project/Plan, Monday.com, Smartsheet Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field 15+ years of total experience with 8+ years in project/program management Strong experience in the Oil & Gas domain Preferred Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) Tableau / Power BI certifications (DA-100, PL-300, etc.) Technical Expertise Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau Data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, BigQuery ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, governance, security, privacy Why Join USEReady?
