Join us and lead all technology delivery across PMS, CRM, automations, APIs, and vendor management for a fast-growing hospitality tech operation. What You?ll Own Run daily standups, weekly sprint reviews, and sprint planning Convert business requirements into detailed BRDs, user stories & acceptance criteria Manage tech vendors, SLAs, timelines, and escalations Coordinate QC (outsourced) and ensure smooth Dev ? QC ? UAT ? Production flow Oversee tools like Beds24 (PMS), Zoho CRM, OTA integrations, automation workflows Align with Reservations, Revenue, Ops, and Dubai leadership on all tech initiatives Must-Have Experience (Please apply only if you meet these) 5?8 years ?in Technical Project Management or Product Management Strong understanding of? APIs, integrations, CRM/PMS/SaaS systems Hands-on experience with sprints & Agile execution Strong documentation: BRDs, workflows, edge cases, acceptance criteria Vendor management experience High accountability, detail-oriented, zero-excuse mindset Onsite in Dehradun Nice to Have Hospitality tech exposure Basic SQL/ETL/dashboard familiarity Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, Zoho) Who Will Succeed Here Someone who owns delivery, pushes vendors when needed, stays calm under pressure, and communicates clearly across departments and borders.
