Job Description

The Senior Technical Project Delivery Manager will lead the end-to-end execution of the People Empowerment Platform (Super-App), ensuring timely delivery, technical excellence, and alignment with business goals. This role demands strong project management, cloud-native architecture expertise (GCP), and Agile delivery leadership. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to deliver a scalable, secure, and AI-powered platform

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

Lead Agile-based project execution across scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Manage CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and performance monitoring.
Ensure timely delivery of milestones and risk mitigation.

Cloud-Native Architecture & Development

Oversee microservices deployment on GCP using Kubernetes (GKE).
Optimize AI/ML workflows, data pipelines, and real-time analytics.
Ensure secure, scalable, and high-availability architecture.

Technology Oversight

Manage full-stack delivery: Flutter (frontend), Node.js (backend), GCP services.
Ensure seamless integration of tools like BigQuery, Vertex AI, Looker, and Jenkins.
Drive serviceability, automation, and performance optimization.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with system integrators, Google Cloud partners, and consultants.
Conduct technical due diligence and negotiate SLAs and contracts.
Align internal and external teams for smooth execution.

Security & Compliance

Enforce SSDLC, cloud security, and data privacy standards.
Implement disaster recovery and failover strategies.
Monitor compliance with GDPR and other regulatory frameworks.

Leadership & Process Improvement

Mentor technical teams and promote Agile, DevOps, and innovation.
Continuously improve delivery processes and cost efficiency.
Contribute to strategic planning and platform evolution.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management
Deep expertise in GCP, microservices, and DevOps
Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and scalability
High accountability, ownership, and collaborative spirit
CI/CD automation, Kubernetes orchestration, and DevOps pipeline optimization.
Real-time AI/ML-driven insights using Big Query, Looker, and Vertex AI.

Experience And Qualification

Strong understanding of the Industry and familiarity with research products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop targeted strategies to drive growth.

Education

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or IT (MBA preferred)
8+ years in technical project management and cloud-based delivery
5+ years of hands-on development experience
Certifications preferred: PMP, SAFe, GCP, ITIL
