Responsibilities

• Primary Skills: JavaScript, React.js, PHP, Python
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly desirable.
• Take ownership of global projects and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery within specified timelines.
• Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, define technical specifications, and create project plans.
• Manage project resources, from assigning tasks & tracking progress to ensuring efficient utilization of team members' skills.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate updates, and address any project-related issues or risks.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth and supporting their technical skill development.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as design and QA, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging open communication, knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration.
