Technical Program Manager

Qualifications

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with 3 plus years of experience to lead end-to-end software product development programs. The ideal candidate should have experience managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile delivery, and coordinating with engineering and product stakeholders. Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, Jira, Confluence, stakeholder management, and risk management is essential. Experience in software product development is required, while exposure to AI/ML or data and analytics products is a plus.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of software product development programs.
•  Collaborate with engineering, product, and TPM teams to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
•  Balance technical depth (understanding engineering concepts, design discussions, trade-offs) with program management skills (coordination, stakeholder alignment, risk management).
•  Track progress, resolve dependencies, and ensure timely program execution.
•  Drive the adoption of Agile and SDLC methodologies across teams.
•  Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•  Prior experience working in software product development.
•  Experience with data and analytics products.
•  Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience supporting AI-enabled products
