As a Technical Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality assessment solutions by configuring workflows, validating system outputs, assisting testing activities, and improving operational processes. What You'll Be Doing

• Configure client assessment workflows across SHL platforms to meet project requirements.
• Validate system configurations, reports and customer deliverables before release.
• Support Project Managers with technical setup, workflow validation and issue resolution.
• Monitor automated workflows, investigate exceptions and resolve operational issues.
• Complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, enhancements and system updates.
• Record defects, retest fixes and maintain accurate testing documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, quality and automation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery.
  
  

What we're looking for

Essential

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
• Experience configuring systems or operational workflows
  
  

Desirable

• Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet or Power Platform
• Exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Familiarity with SaaS or workflow-based platforms
• Experience with reporting or operational dashboards
