Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical NetSuite Consultant to join a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative focused on enhancing, modernizing, and optimizing NetSuite integrations across multiple business-critical systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in NetSuite administration, customization, scripting, and enterprise integrations, with a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions in complex, multi-system environments.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, analyze existing implementations, design robust solutions, and drive end-to-end delivery of NetSuite enhancements and integrations across platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, SAP Service Logistics, and other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize existing NetSuite customizations, scripts, workflows, and integrations.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite enhancements, custom solutions, and integrations.
• Support and maintain integrations between NetSuite and enterprise platforms including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, SAP Service Logistics, and custom applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate solution alternatives, and provide functional and technical recommendations.
• Perform NetSuite administration activities, including configuration, security, user management, and system maintenance.
• Lead and support full lifecycle implementation, enhancement, and deployment projects.
• Reverse-engineer existing solutions to identify improvement opportunities and ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Work effectively in a complex enterprise ecosystem with interconnected business systems and data flows.
• Provide technical guidance, best practices, and solution architecture recommendations to project teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP consulting, implementation, and support experience.
• Minimum of 2–3 full-cycle NetSuite implementation, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise in NetSuite Administration.
• Extensive experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and NetSuite customizations.
• Proven experience integrating NetSuite with:
• Salesforce
• ServiceNow
• Snowflake
• SAP Service Logistics
• Other enterprise/SaaS applications
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and data flows.
• Experience analyzing and improving legacy NetSuite implementations and custom scripts.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working within large-scale, multi-system enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dell Boomi or similar integration platforms.
• Ability to support stakeholders and collaborate effectively within PST business hours.
• Experience working in distributed or global teams.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture, integration frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives.
