Technical Manager – Cloud, AI & Engineering Systems

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive technical excellence across cloud, AI, and engineering platforms.

Qualification: ME/MTECH or B.E /B.Tech. (Mechanical/Electrical) or other graduate with Technical

Managerial experience

Experience: 10-15 Years

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 20–25 engineers and technical specialists
• Oversee troubleshooting, system optimization, and technical delivery
• Provide expertise in Cloud Data, AI, CAD, and FEA technologies
• Deliver impactful presentations and communicate complex ideas effectively
• Drive innovation through automation and process improvements
• Manage or support implementation of PDM/PLM systems

·       Active Participation in Boot Camps and Sales Meets arranged by Parent Company

Key Requirements:

• 10–15 years of relevant technical experience
• Proven leadership experience managing large technical teams
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Cloud, AI, CAD, and FEA (essential)
• Experience with PDM/PLM systems (implementation or management) is required
• Automation experience is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Pune
