About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our team responsible for building technology solutions for various business risk and control functions. You will work with the Architects, Business stakeholders and ensure we are meeting their requirements to develop and drive automation. The candidate should be quick learner and keep themselves upgraded with the latest knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build technology solutions for various business risk and control functions.
• Collaborate with Architects and Business stakeholders.
• Ensure requirements are met to develop and drive automation.
• Stay updated with the latest knowledge in the field.
• Good experience in team management.
• Strong hands-on experience in development/ testing/ implementation of Mainframe applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Has strong experience in deploying both online and batch-processing applications.
• Experienced in performing Root-Cause Analysis, Requirements gathering and data analysis.
• Ability to work individually or within a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Client handling experience is required, Support project.
• Needs to be proactive and take ownership
• Will need to meet SLAs

Qualifications

• Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Mainframe technology.

Required Skills

• Experience in Cobol, DB2, JCL, VSAM, CICS.
• Must have experience in IMS DB.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player.
