Technical Lead (with Full Stack and DevOps expertise)

Katomaran Technologies is seeking a highly skilled? Technical Lead (with Full Stack and DevOps expertise) with strong experience in?front-end, back-end, DevOps. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end application development ? from architecture design to deployment ? ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions across web and mobile platforms. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between server-side and client-side logic, managing cloud infrastructure, and contributing to Android app development. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development of full stack web applications using? Node.js ?(backend) and? React.js ?(frontend). Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems. Design and implement RESTful and WebSocket-based APIs for web and mobile platforms. Build and maintain? CI/CD pipelines ?for web and Android applications using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Manage? Docker/Kubernetes ?containers and deployments on? AWS/Azure . Work with databases such as? MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis . Ensure end-to-end security, performance optimization, and reliable cloud deployment. Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes. Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Product). Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to architecture and processes. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8?9 years of hands-on experience ?in full stack development with DevOps and Android exposure. Strong expertise in? Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js , and modern web frameworks. Proven Android development experience using? Java or Kotlin . Deep understanding of? AWS/Azure ,? Docker ,? Kubernetes , and? CI/CD automation . Experience designing and deploying? microservices ?architectures. Proficiency with? MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis . Familiarity with? monitoring and logging tools ?such as Grafana, Prometheus, and CloudWatch. Knowledge of? application security ,? data protection , and? performance tuning . Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
