• Role Overview
• Lead the architecture, development, and integration of React.js and Next.js applications for a major telecom, driving customer engagement, campaign management, and seamless connectivity with enterprise systems (CRM, billing, CDP). Ensure technical excellence, compliance, and effective team leadership in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• Architect and deliver scalable React.js/Next.js solutions integrated with telco back-end systems and third-party platforms for real-time engagement and analytics.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs and SSR/CSR features, ensuring high performance, security, and accessibility.
• Oversee integration with APIs, identity services, and data platforms (CRM, CDP, billing), ensuring secure and compliant data flows.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to translate business objectives into robust technical solutions, supporting campaign and engagement strategies.
• Guide technical decision-making, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices for maintainable, high-quality code.
• Mentor and onboard developers, fostering a culture of innovation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and test applications using modern tooling (Jest, React Testing Library, ESLint, Webpack, Vite).
• Ensure compliance with telecom data privacy regulations (GDPR, TCPA) and internal governance standards.

Champion agile delivery, remove technical blockers, and facilitate collaboration across distributed teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in frontend development with deep expertise in React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience leading technical teams in telco or digital marketing environments, with strong knowledge of enterprise integrations (APIs, SDKs, microservices).
• Proficiency in state management (Redux, Recoil), automated testing, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CDPs, campaign management tools, or Martech platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• React.js/Next.js certification or similar credentials.
