CELOTTI WORKFORCE

4–8 yrs exp Posted 1 month ago  · Apply by Jul 18, 2026
Our client is developing a next-generation data and verification platform involving structured records, AI-queryable infrastructure, and complex multi-party access environments.

This is not a standard web application or off-the-shelf SaaS build.

The Platform Is Being Architected Around

  • event-sourced data models,
  • immutable auditability,
  • AI-agent interoperability,
  • cryptographic/privacy-aware data handling,
  • multi-party verification workflows,
  • schema-level permission structures,
  • and long-term structured intelligence modelling.

We are seeking a highly technical founding-stage builder to lead architecture and MVP development alongside the founding team.

The Role

This is a deeply hands-on technical role for someone who:

  • writes production code directly,
  • makes architectural decisions themselves,
  • and has experience building complex systems with lean teams.

The Successful Candidate Will Lead

  • core schema and event-model design,
  • verification infrastructure,
  • permission and identity logic,
  • AI-queryable data structures,
  • enterprise-grade search architecture,
  • and pilot-ready deployment.

The Role Requires Balancing

  • scalability,
  • privacy law considerations,
  • auditability,
  • AI integration,
  • and modular long-term system design from day one.

Required Experience:

Applicants should demonstrate direct experience in one or more of the following:

  • identity or verification infrastructure,
  • AI-native applications,
  • event-driven or event-sourced systems,
  • trusted data infrastructure,
  • compliance-heavy platforms,
  • multi-tenant permission architectures,
  • or platforms where data integrity itself forms the core product value.

Experience leading delivery alone is insufficient — this role requires strong architectural capability combined with hands-on build experience.

Technical Considerations

The successful candidate should be comfortable working with concepts including:

  • event-driven schema design,
  • immutable records and audit trails,
  • schema-level access controls,
  • encryption and key management,
  • AI-agent interoperability,
  • MCP-native architecture,
  • modular infrastructure design,
  • and long-term structured intelligence modelling.

To Apply, kindly send the below to [email protected]:

  • relevant project examples,
  • systems/products personally architected and built,
  • availability,
  • and indicative MVP build cost expectations
