Are you an experienced Tech Lead looking to be part of a global innovator in People Science and Technology?

The primary focus of this role as Tech Lead is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of a project (module of a larger application). Work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile development methods. Contribute to and lead the development and delivery of customer-facing UI and back-end services.

What you will be doing:

Develop modular, testable, and reusable code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust web applications.
Apply object-oriented concepts and microservice architecture effectively.
Build scalable, secure, and elastic microservices.
Implement token-based authentication and automated testing.
Write, debug, and maintain complex programs with proper documentation.
Ensure security, data protection, and CI/CD setup for continuous deployment.

What we are looking for from you:

Essential:Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs using PHP, Golang, Angular, or React.
Experienced in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony).
Strong grasp of web server security (Apache, Nginx).
Solid knowledge of OOP, concurrency, and performance optimization.
Well-versed in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure planning.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Familiar with CI/CD and automated deployments.
Strong coding practices and critical thinking .
Knowledge of full SDLC and scalable application development.
Experience in Agile, test-driven development, and CI/CD environments.
Exposure to microservices and monolith decomposition.
Familiarity with authentication methods and adherence to organizational standards.
