Job Title: SF Tech Lead Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid, 2-3 days WFO) Notice: Immediate to 10 Days (Max) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce configurations & custom development, particularly with declarative business automations, Apex, Web Services and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You will be responsible for developing and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. Years of experience needed: Minimum 8 years of hands-on work experience in Salesforce Configurations, Web Services, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Skills: Proficiency in Lightning Component Development & Lightning Web Components Proficiency in knowledge & work experience in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class / Triggers / APIs, Visual Force and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com application from scratch. Hands on work experience with Salesforce.com web services, WSDL and other Integration aspects are desirable. Understanding & work experience in integrating salesforce.com application with external applications. Should have good work experience in Reports and Dashboards. Good understanding of web technologies HTML, CSS etc. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using declarative configurations, Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Implement and manage Salesforce Cloud solutions to enhance business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform data migration and integration tasks using Salesforce APIs and third-party tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to continuously improve the platform. Education: o Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications: o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Mandatory) o Salesforce Certified Administrator (Mandatory) o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Nice to have) Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
