Technical Lead - Python

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with experience in Pandas/NumPy to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in backend development, data manipulation, and API development. Preferably, the candidate should have hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, enabling them to work on intelligent and data-driven applications. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize data-driven applications using Python and Pandas/NumPy. Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Work with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Implement scalable backend architectures with security and performance best practices. Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless application development. Develop and deploy AI/ML models if required, utilizing libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and efficiency. Debug and troubleshoot application issues and performance bottlenecks. Stay updated with the latest trends in Python development and AI/ML technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor?s/master?s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 7 - 10 years of professional experience in Python development. Strong expertise in Pandas and NumPy for data analysis and processing. Working experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain is mandatory. Experience with database management systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.). Proficiency in developing and integrating RESTful APIs. Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes is an advantage. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus. Understanding of DevOps practices and microservices architecture. Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, or other AI specializations. Knowledge of front-end technologies like React.js or Angular is a plus.
