This role focuses on our flagship Perfios Journey Builder platform ? a highly configurable, multi-tenant SaaS solution that powers seamless digital onboarding, loan origination, and management, delivering truly cutting-edge financial solutions. Responsibilities: ? Own end-to-end technical delivery for critical product areas, from design to production ? Drive architectural vision and ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and secure ? Take ownership of code quality, performance, and maintainability ? Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design discussions, and best-practice enforcement ? Mentor, coach, and upskill engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and technical excellence ? Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align business goals with engineering outcomes ? Proactively identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement ? Stay current with emerging technologies and bring relevant innovations into the engineering roadmap Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science ? 6-9 years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 1+ years in a lead/technical leadership role ? Strong understanding of software data structures, design patterns, and architectural principles ? Proven expertise in designing and building scalable, high-performance, and secure applications ? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? A genuine passion for creating high-quality products and solving complex problems Good to Have Skills: ? Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) ? Familiarity with Java and the Spring framework would be a bonus ? Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems ? Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, automation) ? Hands-on experience with databases (Postgres, Mongo, Oracle) and performance optimization ? Prior experience in FinTech or enterprise-scale SaaS platforms ? Contributions to open-source projects or active engagement in the developer community
