Technical Lead ? MSTR / GCP / SQL Experience: 5 to 8 Years Location: Gurugram / Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to manage and oversee technical initiatives focused on MicroStrategy (MSTR) , Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , and Database Management & SQL . The ideal candidate will lead design, implementation, and optimization of database and cloud solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless system integration with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of database and cloud-based solutions with a focus on performance and reliability. Provide technical expertise in MSTR (MicroStrategy) for analytics, reporting, and BI development. Leverage GCP tools and services to enhance scalability, automation, and data infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions. Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data analysis and reporting. Ensure compliance with best practices in database management, data governance, and cloud architecture . Troubleshoot and resolve performance and integration issues in database and application layers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, data pipelines, and reporting workflows. Mentor junior developers and foster a knowledge-sharing culture within the team. Coordinate with key stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and timelines. Monitor and maintain system performance , apply patches, and implement security updates. Contribute to strategic IT planning , aligning technology initiatives with business goals. Stay up to date with emerging tools and technologies in BI, cloud computing, and data management. Qualifications Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5?8 years of hands-on experience in Database Management, SQL Development, and BI Platforms . Proven expertise in MSTR (MicroStrategy) development and administration. Strong knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform) , particularly BigQuery and cloud data pipelines. Familiarity with COTS Products in BFSI / Cards & Payments domains is advantageous. Exposure to Payments Networks, Issuer / Issuer Processor , and Acquirer domains preferred. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. Certifications (Preferred) MicroStrategy Certified Administrator Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer Core Skills MSTR (MicroStrategy) / Tableau GCP ? BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL Database Design, SQL Optimization Data Modeling & BI Reporting Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting BFSI / Payments Domain Knowledge
