Job Description
As a Tech Lead Manager (TLM), you will be in a Onsite role that combines senior technical leadership with people management. You will act as a "multiplier," balancing hands-on work with team leadership. This will be to work on our AI Transform product, more details here: FloQast Transform

What You’ll Do
- Own the architecture and execution of major systems.
- Lead by example in coding, code reviews, and design.
- Manage a small team of 3–6 engineers.
- Balance hands-on work with team leadership (approximately 50/50).
- Coach your team on engineering practices and technical growth.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proven track record of delivering complex system initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Ability to improve the quality, performance, or scalability of a module or product you own.
- Experience driving consistent improvement in code quality and technical decisions.
- A history of fostering a strong mentorship culture in technical areas.
- Clear influence in architecture across teams within a product.
- Experience with LangGraph/LangChain or similar, vector databases, and the pros/cons of various LLMs
