Job Description

Shift: 2 to 11 PM IST

What will you be doing day to day?

Lead efforts to identify and evaluate emerging and potentially disruptive technology to provide prescriptive guidance to our solution and data engineering team on adopting and leveraging the technology in new solution patterns.
Provide thought leadership and new perspectives on how to leverage AI Automation capabilities.
Define strategic architecture blueprints depicting target end-state architecture.
Define strategies for transforming how the Enterprise Data makes data available for the enterprise a variety of use cases including but not limited to machine learning, reporting & analytics, automation, operational processes & decision-making.
Provide thought leadership in identifying industry trends in the domain of automation and analytics.
Align IT architecture, technology strategy and frameworks to enable the company's business strategy and goals, by providing guidance.
Manage risk of information and IT assets through appropriate standards and security policies.
Evaluate and provide COTS solutions for data and information security and access management across the enterprise.

Your Experience:

5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
10+ years of experience in software development.
Experience in crafting enterprise-wide strategies for enabling process automation, leveraging AI.
Enterprise data pipeline management and integration technologies and platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Your Skills:

Practical knowledge of Gen AI, LLMs, RAG, ML, and Automation frameworks.
Google Cloud, Apps Script, Looker, BigQuery, AppSheet & other No-Code, or Low-Code Platforms.
Enterprise RAG-based systems, prompt engineering techniques to fine-tune and enhance LLMs.
API management platforms & providing/consuming RESTful APIs.
