Job Description We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead (IC role) who can drive technical excellence, mentor teams, and contribute to building scalable, high-performing applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about full-stack development and modern technologies, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include: ? Lead technical design and development for complex projects. ? Collaborate with architects and product managers to define technical roadmaps. ? Stay hands-on with coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting critical issues. ? Mentor and guide team members on best practices and emerging technologies. ? Ensure high-quality deliverables through robust architecture and clean code. ? Drive adoption of modern development practices, CI/CD, and cloud solutions. Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). ? 8?14 years of experience in software development, with at least 2?3 years in a Tech Lead role. ? Strong ability to perform hands-on coding. ? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ? Experience in agile environments and modern development practices. ? Frontend: Strong experience with Angular (latest versions). ? Backend: Proficiency in C# for enterprise-grade applications. ? Database: Expertise in SQL and relational database design. ? Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices, Oops & ? Solid Principles. ? Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
