- Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions using Azure and Core Java ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the development process providing technical guidance and support to team members to enhance productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding testing and deployment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Mentor and coach junior developers fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance the companys technological capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives.
- Implement security measures and compliance standards to protect data integrity and privacy.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Document technical processes and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Qualifications -
- Possess a strong proficiency in Azure with hands-on experience in deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
- Demonstrate expertise in Core Java with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Have a proven track record of successfully leading technical projects and delivering results.
- Show strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
