Area(s) of responsibility Wintel & Azure Team Lead Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Wintel and Azure infrastructure team. Design and implement scalable Azure solutions for enterprise environments. Oversee Windows Server administration, patching, and performance tuning. Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning for Azure workloads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud and on-premise systems. Monitor and optimize cost and performance of Azure resources. Implement security best practices across Wintel and Azure platforms. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide root cause analysis. Manage virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware. Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell and Azure CLI. Required Skills Azure IaaS and PaaS services Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) Active Directory and Group Policy DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals PowerShell scripting Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware) Monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) Backup and disaster recovery solutions Security and compliance in cloud environments SCCM & Intune Team Lead Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the SCCM and Intune team for endpoint management. Design and deploy Intune policies for mobile device and application management. Oversee SCCM infrastructure for software deployment, patching, and compliance. Manage Windows Autopilot and provisioning packages. Ensure secure and compliant configuration of endpoints across the organization. Integrate Intune with Azure AD and other Microsoft 365 services. Monitor and report on device health and compliance status. Collaborate with security and operations teams to enforce endpoint protection. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. Troubleshoot deployment and configuration issues across SCCM and Intune platforms. Manage application packaging and deployment lifecycle. Automate endpoint management tasks using PowerShell and Graph API.
