Avetis Solutions is an IT services company specializing in API integrations, custom web applications, and scalable digital solutions, primarily serving healthcare and technology-driven clients. We are looking for a Tech Lead (Full Stack Developer) who can take ownership of end-to-end application development while guiding the technical direction of our IT team. This role is a blend of senior backend and frontend development, along with technical leadership and decision-making responsibilities.

Role Overview:

The Tech Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications while mentoring developers, reviewing code, and ensuring best practices across projects. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in Angular (frontend) and .NET Core (backend) and has worked as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive front-end applications using Angular.
• Implement clean, reusable, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap UI components.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, functional web interfaces.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs seamlessly.
• Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and usability.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to UI/UX best practices and design consistency.

Backend Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core (C#).
• Implement scalable and secure server-side logic.
• Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs for platform integrations.
• Manage databases and ensure efficient data handling using SQL Server.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
• Debug and resolve backend and integration issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and system architecture references.

Tech Lead & Ownership Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor frontend and backend developers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Participate in technical planning, architecture decisions, and estimations.
• Collaborate with project manager to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support Agile processes and sprint planning.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or Tech Lead.
• Strong expertise in Angular for frontend development.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core (C#) for backend development.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive design.
• Experience with SQL Server and database design.
• Strong understanding of API design and backend integrations.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and basic accessibility standards.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 years + of experience in frontend and Backend development, preferably with Angular-based projects and .NET technologies.
