Job Role We are looking for a java developer for a hands-on role with working experience in Spring boot, Microservices and cloud, along with experience leading junior developers. You will be working for a product trusted by industry leaders for strengthening our engineering practices through the solution which provides visibility into the code from developer to deployment. Will work with team of world class engineers to build product that intersects technology with the people who count on it every day. You will be building microservices that helps product to scale rapidly. As a passionate software developer, you demonstrate capabilities of deep product and technology design thinking at the core. You should have worked on multiple releases of software that are bringing in a combination of functional and technical improvements, modernizing the product, easing deployments, and addressing customer issues. While the skills are modern and demanding, the role is one of learning, educating, adapting, and nurturing these capabilities in a way that large-scale adoption in a product organization is possible. You are seen as an agile and efficient developer that thinks and writes code that is of good quality. Should be collaborative and focused on quality without missing speed. Roles & Responsibilities Strong technical leadership, problem solving abilities, coding, testing, and debugging skills is just a start. The candidate will be responsible for design and implementation of the platform. You must be dedicated to filling product backlog and delivering production-ready code. Mentor team members. Must be able to coordinate and manage input from business and technology stakeholders across the enterprise and be responsible for the design and execution. Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls. Desired Skills and Experience 6+ years of experience in core java mainly along with Java, J2ee and Spring boot. Experience with web services standards and related technologies (HTTP, Spring, XML, JSON, REST). SaaS product development experience Solid understanding of database technologies and SQL and JPA. Hands on experience with creating REST API and JSON. Should have good experience working in Spring boot. Good experience in JSON / RESTful API / Web Services. Experience in AWS and Queuing systems is an advantage Should have managed a junior developer team Good communication is mandatory. Highly self-motivated and directed Ability to work without a lot of supervision Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment. Exposure to continuous integration. Knowledge of product development environments Knowledge of integration with any 3rd party web services will be an added advantage Knowledge on K8 and scripting will be an advantage Required Skills Java J2EE Spring Springboot Hibernate Microservices AWS SQL Nice to Have Skills ReactJS SonarQube Kubernetes Education and Qualification Bachelor?s degree in engineering/ related disciplines Immediate joiners are preferred.
