Work Mode: On-Site (No Remote / No Hybrid)
Reports : Directly to Founder & CEO

Accepted Qualifications:
✦ B.E. / B.Tech — CSE, IT, AI, ML, Data Science or related
✦ M.E. / M.Tech — CSE, IT, AI, ML, Data Science or related
✦ M.Sc. — AI, Data Science, Computer Science or related
✦ B.Tech + MBA (Dual Degree) — CSE, IT, AI or related
✦ Integrated B.Tech + M.Tech — CSE, IT, AI or related
✦ Any equivalent degree from a recognised university

Who Can Apply:
✦ Passed-out candidates — all above programmes eligible
✦ Final year students in their LAST SEMESTER — eligible
✦ Students in earlier semesters — NOT eligible

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

TECHNICAL
→ Architect and build full-stack, AI-powered enterprise
applications
→ Build, fine-tune, deploy, and monitor production AI/ML
systems
→ Design end-to-end technical pipelines — concept to
deployment
→ Implement DevOps — CI/CD, containerisation, cloud
infrastructure
→ Own codebase quality, architecture, and technical standards

CLIENT MANAGEMENT
→ Work directly with international clients daily
→ Gather, analyse, and translate requirements into
engineering plans
→ Deliver clear project updates — zero ambiguity at all times
→ Own all client-facing documentation and delivery reports

TEAM LEADERSHIP
→ Lead, coordinate, and mentor developers and interns daily
→ Set priorities, review work, and drive team performance
→ Deliver all projects on time — or ahead of schedule
→ Resolve blockers proactively before they become problems

DOCUMENTATION & STRATEGY
→ Own complete technical documentation end-to-end
→ Collaborate with Founder on product vision and roadmap
→ Build and maintain internal development processes
→ Execute all leadership-assigned responsibilities with full
ownership

✦ AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning — strong foundation
✦ LLMs — building, fine-tuning, deploying, monitoring
✦ NLP, Vision-Language Models (VLMs), Multimodal AI
✦ MLOps, LLMOps — pipelines, versioning, lifecycle management
✦ Fine-tuning — LoRA, PEFT, RLHF, Instruction Tuning
✦ Frameworks — PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain

FULL-STACK:
✦ Frontend — React.js, Next.js or equivalent
✦ Backend — Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask)

DEVOPS:
