Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong experience in AI/ML to design and lead development of Agentic AI solutions (autonomous AI agents). The candidate will be responsible for building scalable AI systems, guiding the team, and ensuring successful delivery of AI-driven projects.

We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong experience in AI/ML to design and lead development of Agentic AI solutions (autonomous AI agents). The candidate will be responsible for building scalable AI systems, guiding the team, and ensuring successful delivery of AI-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Agentic AI solutions / AI agents
- Lead and mentor AI/ML engineering team
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and use cases
- Build and integrate LLM-based applications
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems
- Define architecture and best practices for AI development
- Review code and guide team on implementation
- Strong experience in AI/ML and LLM-based applications
- Good knowledge of Python, APIs, and system design
- Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT), prompt engineering
- Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, etc.
- Experience in cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience with MLOps / model deployment
- Knowledge of vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
