Technical Integration Lead

Summary

The Technical Integration Lead is responsible for translating engineering intent into practical plant execution while ensuring alignment with factory capabilities and production ramp timelines. The role acts as a critical bridge between engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth NPI execution and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with technical and cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Review and validate process flow feasibility against actual factory conditions.
• Identify infrastructure, utilities, and facility constraints prior to equipment or process installation, including MES integration requirements.
• Ensure all engineering assumptions are aligned with current plant capability and future capacity plans.
• Validate BOM freeze prior to build release to ensure readiness and accuracy.
• Maintain engineering revision alignment through strict BOM version control.
• Partner with SCM to identify long‑lead material risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Flag cost, availability, and supply risks that may impact production ramp or on‑time readiness.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services).
• Hands‑on experience in NPI, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of BOM structures, revision control, and factory integration processes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively across engineering and operations teams.
• Proven ability to identify risks early and drive execution in fast‑paced manufacturing environments.
• Prefer education background from B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Mechanical, Production, or Electrical Engineering
