Collaborate with subject matter experts across departments to gather information about new products and features ? Own and maintain user guides ? writing, editing, and integrating feedback ? Proofread and edit documents prepared by other teams What You Should Have: ? Minimum 2 years of technical writing experience ? Excellent written English (mother tongue level) ? Hands-on experience in Paligo , including managing and working with open branches ? Engineering background with theoretical and practical experience in IP networking and Linux ? Mastery of Microsoft Word and familiarity with other writing tools ? High attention to detail and strong communication skills ? Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines ? Strong analytical skills to identify and present key content from complex technical data Nice to Have: ? Experience with photo editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) ? Awareness of current trends and best practices in technical writing ?? Location: Mumbai (Hybrid Work Model) ??
