Role Description: The Technical Coordinator in the manufacturing sector. Experienced in coordinating with the CEO, managing daily operations, handling technical and administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Skilled in multitasking, process coordination, and maintaining efficiency in fast-paced environments. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on timely execution and continuous improvement. The role also includes collaborating with the sales teams on technical proposals, supporting audits and inspections, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in the plant.

Qualifications:

• MBA 1-2 years experience.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Production Engineering or a related field is preferred, along with experience in a manufacturing or OEM environment.
• Familiarity with machining, fabrication, and quality control processes, as well as basic knowledge of CAD drawings and technical documentation, will be beneficial.
• Ability to work in Noida, collaborate in a team-based environment, and use standard office and manufacturing software tools (e.g., MS Office, Excel and ERP systems).
