Role Overview

Drive pipeline and revenue by generating and converting technical leads, running sales operations, supporting customer onboarding, and doing light market research. Technical background in robotics/AI/software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation: Prospect target accounts, run outreach (email/LinkedIn/calls), qualify inbound leads, keep CRM updated.
• Lead conversion: Do discovery calls, deliver demos/PoC coordination, prepare proposals, close deals with Sales Manager.
• Operations: Maintain CRM hygiene, manage handoffs to engineering/projects, track orders and timelines.
• Customer relations: Be technical contact pre/post-sale, handle routine escalations, drive onboarding and identify upsell opportunities.
• Market research (brief): Monitor target segments, competitor moves, and pricing/trend signals to refine outreach and product positioning.

Must-have

• 0- 2+ years B2B technical sales / pre-sales / solutions / core sales experience. 
• Comfortable with demos, discovery, proposals and CRM tools.
• Strong communication and organized work style.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings/demos.
• Moderate- Advance level Excel Knowledge.

Nice-to-have

• Engineering background/ Basic technical Knowledge
• Familiarity with robotics, 3D vision, PLCs, ROS, or AI/ML. (Optional)
• Experience running PoCs or demo setups.  (Optional)

Job Details

• Location: Bhosari, Pune (On-site, Full-time)
• Workdays: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Compensation Range: ₹3–8 LPA
