Technical Business Analyst

Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst with experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate should be capable of bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team by gathering requirements, creating user stories, preparing test cases, and supporting application development and testing. Knowledge of Full Stack applications and Selenium-based testing will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and user stories.
• Create acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, and wireframes where required.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product owners throughout the SDLC.
• Prepare and review test cases, test scenarios, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with Full Stack development teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
• Work closely with QA teams to validate functionalities and resolve defects.
• Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement prioritization in Agile environments.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project delivery by identifying risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Requirement Gathering and Requirement Analysis.
• Hands-on experience in writing User Stories, BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience in preparing Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and supporting UAT.
• Basic understanding of Full Stack application architecture and software development processes.
• Knowledge of Selenium for test automation and software testing concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Understanding of REST APIs and system integration concepts.
• Exposure to Selenium Automation Framework.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX concepts and wireframing tools.
• Experience in software product development projects is preferred.
