Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for Core Technical BA.

Skillsets: Technical BA, will be closely working with Product Managers, should be understanding the requirement completely, should have understanding of system (Billing, subscription and catalog management, Revenue (good-to-have)), will be working on mobile app/web apps. Will be collaborating with Product Mangers, they will also be closely working with UI/UX. They should work as BA from start to end, should understand the requirement completely, Good-to-have skill-Azure, Figma, DevOps, Scrum, Wire framing/UI UX experience would be advantage.

Experience: 2-5 Years of experience

Work Location: Chennai/Bangalore

Work Mode: 5 days work from office

Shift Timings: 9AM-6PM IST/Might overlap with US timings sometimes.

• Coordinates with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions.

• Identifies, documents, and reports design, reliability and maintenance problems and bugs. Gathers and consolidates feedback from customers and field staff.

• Coordinates with field support specialists and customers to address and resolve problems and expand product usage.

• Answers customer and field support questions; provides guidance and support for product integration and infrastructure issues.

• Assesses and validates decision options and points and predicts their potential impact.
