Requires minimum 6 years of Defined Benefits experience Strong problem solving skills, analytical and communication knowledge Strong Defined Benefits Calc knowledge Strong knowledge of RKS/BA7 platform is preferred Strong knowledge in MS Office, SQL Good understanding of all standard Procedure Documents Good Knowledge of Testing Procedures Strong team player Should be able to Coach & mentor team members Good project management skills Manage stakeholder communication (internal/external) Lead client projects independently & should be able to handle multiple clients Understanding of overall OTS methodology Good people management skill Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Uses best practices and understanding of business issues to improve products and services.
