Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions across modern microservices and cloud platforms. This role blends hands-on architecture, technical leadership, and stakeholder engagement to drive scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end enterprise application architectures
• Lead development across the full SDLC using Java and Spring Boot microservices
• Architect integration solutions using Kafka, IBM MQ, AMQ, and REST APIs
• Drive cloud-native deployments leveraging Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Define and implement IAM and security frameworks (ForgeRock, LDAP, Active Directory)
• Produce architecture documentation, standards, and technical roadmaps
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring governance
• Mentor development teams and promote engineering best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Java/J2EE and Spring Boot Microservices
• Experience with Kafka, IBM MQ, and messaging platforms
• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes
• Expertise in IAM technologies (ForgeRock, LDAP, Active Directory)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Experience working in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD environments
• Proven background in architecture, solution design, and technical leadership

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years in an Architect or senior technical leadership role
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
