This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support (Fresher) position based in Bengaluru South, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. As a Technical Support professional, you will handle daily responsibilities including troubleshooting technical issues, providing excellent customer support, analyzing and resolving client queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will act as a key point of contact between clients and technical teams to address and resolve product-related challenges efficiently.

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve a variety of technical queries effectively
• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive client experience
• Analytical Skills to assess and resolve complex issues logically and efficiently
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong team collaboration skills and adaptability in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and applications is an added advantage
