Job Description

Role Overview

The Technical TA Lead will drive end-to-end recruitment strategy for technology roles across engineering, data, product, and infrastructure teams. This role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven hiring, and expertise in scaling tech teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Build hiring roadmaps for engineering and product teams

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with CTO, engineering leaders, and hiring managers
  • Act as a strategic advisor on hiring trends, market intelligence, and talent availability
  • Ensure alignment on role requirements, timelines, and hiring quality

3. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (backend, frontend, data, DevOps, QA, etc.)
  • Drive sourcing via multiple channels: job portals, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

4. Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters/sourcers
  • Set hiring targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes

5. Employer Branding

  • Strengthen employer brand in the tech community
  • Partner with marketing for campaigns, events, and social presence
  • Represent the company at tech hiring events and meetups

6. Data & Analytics

  • Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance, funnel conversion, etc.)
  • Use data insights to optimize hiring strategies
  • Ensure ATS and recruitment tools are effectively utilized

7. Process Optimization

  • Improve interview frameworks and assessment quality
  • Implement structured hiring practices and diversity hiring initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and local regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in technical recruitment (product/fintech/startup experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of hiring for engineering and data roles at scale
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and analytics tools
