Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting customers with their inquiries, providing troubleshooting assistance, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. The role includes working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions and improve customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance for printers, antivirus software, and hardware issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently for US clients
  • Maintain records of support requests and solutions
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely resolution of issues


Required Skills:

  • Prior experience in technical support for US or international clients
  • Strong knowledge of printer hardware, antivirus solutions, and general hardware troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work US shifts and handle real-time technical issues
