Job Title: Tech Services Engineer ? Systems Location: Bengaluru (BLR) Job Type: Full-time Function: Engineering ? MRO Job Description We are seeking a skilled Tech Services Engineer ? Systems to support airframe systems maintenance, fleet reliability initiatives, and technical operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in aircraft systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, manufacturers, and MRO partners. Responsibilities Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in airframe systems maintenance. Coordinate with OEMs, manufacturers, and MRO partners to enhance fleet reliability and address technical issues. Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to technical standards, procedures, and best practices. Support technical inspections and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. Maintain strict compliance with safety procedures and aviation regulations. Manage and maintain technical records with accuracy and completeness. Perform any additional tasks or standalone projects as assigned by reporting management. Skills & Competencies Strong aircraft technical knowledge (airframe systems preferred) Understanding of technical documentation and maintenance procedures Experience in aircraft maintenance and inspections Strong communication skills and stakeholder coordination Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance Key Performance Indicators Improvement in aircraft reliability and performance metrics Reduction in aircraft downtime Efficiency and accuracy in technical inspection findings and rectifications Compliance with all safety standards and aviation regulations Quality and completeness of technical documents and records Required Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Avionics Engineering (B.Sc/BE/B.Tech) 2?3 years of experience in airframe systems services or maintenance Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards Experience with Airbus fleet B1 License on Airbus aircraft (preferred but not mandatory)
