About the Role We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead (Full Stack ? Node.js) to lead end-to-end development across multiple projects. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with hands-on experience in modern JavaScript frameworks, cloud deployment, and agile team management. You will be responsible for making key architectural decisions, guiding developers, and ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities ? Lead full-stack development using Node.js (Express / NestJS) and React / Next.js. ? Design and implement scalable architecture and robust backend APIs. ? Oversee database management with SQL, MongoDB and PostgreSQL. ? Manage deployment environments using Docker, AWS, or DigitalOcean. ? Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development. ? Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain code quality. ? Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time. ? Mentor team members, manage tasks, and foster a strong engineering culture. ? Coordinate with product, design, and business teams to align technical goals. ? (Bonus) Explore and implement AI integrations or automation tools to enhance product capabilities. Required Skills & Experience ? Strong proficiency in Node.js, with experience in Express or NestJS. ? Solid experience with React.js or Next.js for frontend development. ? Good understanding of MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases. ? Working knowledge of Docker, AWS / DigitalOcean, and CI/CD pipelines. ? Proven ability to manage and guide a technical team effectively. ? Strong problem-solving, architectural, and communication skills. ? Experience with project planning, task allocation, and delivery management. Bonus Skills ?
