Tech Lead-Java

Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering with leadership responsibilities.

Expertise in backend development, Java, Spring Boot, and API architecture.

Proven ability to design scalable systems, define technical roadmaps, and make architectural decisions.

Advanced experience with cloud platforms (AWS), Kafka, NoSQL databases, and microservices.

Strong knowledge of observability tools, performance tuning, and application resiliency.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and security compliance.

Ability to lead technology projects, manage teams, and mentor developers.

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Strong technical hands-on experience in Java FSD

Strong technical hands-on experience in AWS and migration to cloud platforms
