The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Microservices, AWS, MongoDB, and Spring Boot , with a proven track record of building scalable enterprise applications. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting backend systems, and driving the complete software development lifecycle ? from design and development to deployment and maintenance. The role demands strong technical leadership, hands-on coding experience, and a solution-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot . Implement and manage Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs . Handle AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS for cloud deployments. Work with MongoDB for database design and optimization. Ensure application performance, security, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end project execution. Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce best practices. Required Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS), MongoDB, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Problem Solving, Team Leadership, Agile Development.
