We?re looking for one strong full stack developer who can lead and guide our tech team at Frovo Our Stack: React Native | Flutter | Express / NestJS | MongoDB Knowledge of AI & how to use AI tools in development is a big plus. Role Description This is a full-time Tech Lead (Full Stack). The role is primarily based in Bengaluru South, with the flexibility for remote work on select days. The Tech Lead will oversee, design, and develop scalable web and mobile technologies for the company while leading and mentoring a small team of engineers. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing and reviewing high-quality code, implementing efficient system architectures, and addressing technical challenges effectively. Given the startup nature of this role, the position is unpaid until the acquisition of funding.
