About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Full Stack (Node.js) who will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing scalable architecture, and delivering high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise in Node.js along with hands-on experience in modern frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications
• Architect backend systems using Node.js and related frameworks
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best coding practices
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Ensure proper documentation, testing, and deployment processes
• Participate in technical decision-making and roadmap planning

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React.js / Angular / Vue.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of Git and version control systems
• Experience in system design and scalable architecture
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Aws Cloud or similar experience 
• Architecture Planning 

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
