Full Stack Developer will lead and manage the development team, ensuring high-quality delivery of web and mobile applications. This hands-on role involves project management, team mentoring, system design, and development using technologies like PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS, RestAPI, ReactNative, and Flutter . The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, capable of handling complex projects while motivating and guiding the team. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Management: Determine project requirements, develop work schedules, and delegate tasks to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Team Coordination: Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create contingency plans promptly. Web & Mobile Development: Perform hands-on development of web applications (PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS, RestAPI) and mobile applications (ReactNative, Flutter). Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct testing, resolve technical issues, and ensure application functionality. Feature Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements. Operations & Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes, schedule training, and identify opportunities for efficiency. Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and support team members, motivate staff, and foster a collaborative work environment. Transparency & Reporting: Maintain transparency regarding challenges and successes; write progress reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders. Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in web and mobile development. Required Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS, RestAPI, ReactNative, and Flutter. Management Skills: Relevant management or leadership certification is a plus. Experience: Proven experience in a similar Tech Lead ? Full Stack Developer role. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
